An independent, non-profit, and non-governmental research institution committed to the scientific method in its studies, research, and future projections, working in the field of scientific research and strategic studies on issues and concerns of Muslim minorities worldwide.
Reasons for Establishment:
The spread of the Muslim world and the emergence of Muslim communities and minorities in various countries have led to numerous internal and external challenges related to identity, integration, culture, and communication.
The strained relationship between the Islamic world and the West, due to certain circumstances, and the impact this has had on Muslim communities and minorities.
The suffering of some Muslim immigrant minorities and communities in their host countries regarding their rights.
Objectives:
To generate visions, ideas, and perspectives capable of addressing the challenges and issues facing Muslim minorities and communities, and to establish appropriate mechanisms for communicating these to the public and decision-making centers.
The Center focuses on studying the conditions of Muslim minorities in societies, highlighting models that promote coexistence and positive interaction between Muslim minorities worldwide and their communities, and creating appropriate mechanisms to achieve this model.
It encourages and advances scientific research and contributes to enriching and deepening intellectual activity.
It develops a language of dialogue and communication and opens channels of contact between Islam and other human civilizations.
It exerts a positive influence on decision-making bodies and public opinion through direct communication and through research, studies, and analysis.
It trains researchers and supports creative individuals from Muslim communities and minorities in the Center’s areas of interest.
Center Management Structure
Board of Directors: Composed of a chairman and ten elected or appointed members with relevant expertise and contributions.
Scientific Council: Composed of academics, scholars, and researchers with relevant expertise and influence.
Executive Office: The Center’s director, department heads, executive staff, and collaborating researchers.

Dialogue and Communication Department
This department organizes dialogues between scholars and experts through conferences, seminars, workshops, and analysis and discussion sessions. It also utilizes various media outlets to showcase activities to interested parties and produces media content to convey the center’s message.
The department’s tasks include:
Organizing conferences, seminars, lectures, and forums.
Documenting seminar proceedings to maximize their impact.
Producing television programs and documentaries that support the center’s mission.
Carrying out media-related tasks such as documentation, publication, promotion, and presentation.
Establishing platforms specifically for minority groups to communicate, engage in dialogue, and exchange ideas.
Research and Studies Department
This department is responsible for conducting scientific research and peer-reviewed studies, and publishing them in journals, books, and pamphlets.
The department’s tasks include:
Publishing an encyclopedia on Muslim minorities.
Publishing an annual strategic book addressing issues concerning Muslim minorities worldwide.
Publishing a peer-reviewed semi-annual scientific journal.
Publishing a periodical newsletter in Arabic and English.
Publishing a series of books and pamphlets.
Producing specialized research through the Researchers’ Fellowship Program.
Supporting young researchers.
Administrative and Financial Department
This department is responsible for managing the administrative and financial affairs of the center, providing the necessary resources for the various departments, and preparing and implementing plans, programs, and projects.
